Seahawks “12th Man” Honored with New Scratch-off

Aug. 5, 2014 – Seattle Seahawks fans are a special breed, and their team knows that when they hit the field, the “12th man” – all their fans – will be with them the whole way.

Now the Washington Lottery wants to help celebrate those die-hard Seahawks fans that can give their team the upper hand, even when they’re away.

To do that, the Lottery has released a new game called Seahawks 12 and, along with instant cash prizes, players can also win game day experiences and more through a second chance promotion.

The Seahawks 12 tickets each cost $5.  There are four top prizes, each worth $50,000, along with more than $4 million in other cash prizes.

But it may not be the cash prizes that the biggest Seahawks fans are hoping for.  The Washington Lottery will hold three second-chance drawings, and will give away eight game day experiences in each drawing.

The Game Day prize packages each include a one-night hotel stay, dinner for two, and tickets to one of three games: Oct. 12, against the Dallas Cowboys; Nov. 23, versus the Arizona Cardinals; or Dec. 14, when the ‘hawks will face off against the San Francisco 49ers.

Game Day experience winners will also have brunch at CenturyLink Field and take a sideline tour before the game, and they’ll get an autographed football, a Seahawks Pro Shop gift card, and a pack of 50 Seahawks 12 scratch-offs.

So, what’s the next best thing to being at the game?  How about watching on a brand new HDTV?  In each of the three second chance drawings, the Lottery will give away four new 65-inch Vizio SmartTVs!

If you don’t manage to score one of the top 12 prizes in each second chance drawing, don’t worry.  You could still be one of 12 winners in each drawing to receive a $100 Seahawks Pro Shop gift card – plenty of money to get your official jersey.

The first drawing will be held Sept. 17, so there’s plenty of time to send in non-winning Seahawks 12 tickets.  To enter, players will have to fill out the back of their non-winning tickets and mail them to the Washington Lottery.

You can find the correct mailing address, drawing details and more information about prizes right here.  Good luck, and thanks for being the “12th Man” for your team.
