Pennsylvania Nearing “Halloween 13” Drawing

Oct. 4, 2013 – Just over two weeks remain to enter into the Pennsylvania Lottery’s “Halloween 13” second-chance drawing.

Both the $2 Cauldron of Cash and the $5 Jack-O-Lantern Jackpot scratch-off games are eligible for the second-chance contest, but non-winning tickets can only be submitted into the drawing through the Pennsylvania Lottery’s VIP Player’s Club.

The entry deadline for the drawing is Oct. 23, a little more than two weeks away, so be sure to sign up for Pennsylvania’s free VIP Player’s Club, or sign in and enter your tickets for the Halloween 13 drawing.

With the $13,000 grand prize from the Halloween 13 second-chance drawing, or with one of the top prizes from Cauldron of Cash or Jack-O-Lantern Jackpot, you and your house can dress up for Halloween together!

With the $13,000 grand prize from the Halloween 13 second-chance drawing, or with one of the top prizes from Cauldron of Cash or Jack-O-Lantern Jackpot, you and your house can dress up for Halloween together!

And there’s still plenty of chances to win instantly on either of the scratch off games eligible for the drawing.  In fact, the $2 Cauldron of Cash game still has all 10 of its $31,000 top prizes up for grabs.

Only one lucky player has claimed a $50,000 top prize from the $5 Jack-O-Lantern Jackpot game, leaving nine more waiting to be claimed.

Everyone seems to be getting very excited for Halloween, and there’d be no better way to celebrate than with an extra $13,000 for costumes, candy, or spooky decorations.
