Oregon’s Halloween Raffle

Oct. 4, 2013 – The Oregon Lottery has already been gearing up for Halloween for weeks, and sales for their Halloween Raffle passed the Halfway point nearly a month before the winners are announced on Oct. 31.

The Halloween Raffle is offering Oregon Lottery players the best odds of any game sold by Oregon retailers.  But with more than half of the original 250,000 tickets left, those chances are going quick!

The Halloween Raffle will give out just one $1 million top prize, but, just for reference, the 1-in-250,000 odds of winning the $1 million prize on Oregon’s Halloween Raffle are the same as winning the $13,000 top prize on the Lottery’s Zombies scratch-off.

Along with one new millionaire, more than a thousand other winners will score trick-or-treat cash once the drawing is over.  Ten winners will receive $20,000 prizes, and 1,000 more will win prizes worth $100, which they can collect at any Lottery retailer.

In  addition to the Halloween Raffle, the Oregon Lottery is also celebrating the spooky season with their $2 Zombies scratch-off and the Mystery Manor video lottery game, which features a payout percentage of about 90-92 percent!

Halloween will be here soon, but it’s probably a safe bet that the Halloween Raffle tickets will sell out sooner, so don’t forget to grab a ticket while there are still some left.
