Oregon Lottery Announces Halloween Raffle Winners

Nov. 1, 2013 – The drawing for the  Oregon Lottery’s Halloween Raffle has determined the winners of the $1 million Grand Prize and hundreds of thousands in smaller cash prizes.

The Oregon Lottery posted the winning numbers on their website Thursday night.  Players can check their tickets against the winning numbers on the Halloween Raffle website.

The winning number for the $1 million top prize was 206736.  Only 250,000 tickets were sold, starting with ticket number 000001.  The $1 million winner likely bought their ticket within the past two weeks – by Oct. 14, less than 50,000 tickets were left for the game.

Along with Oregon’s newest millionaire, another 10 winners will need to head to the Lottery’s offices to claim $20,000 second prizes.

The Halloween Raffle also gave Halloween treats out to 1,000 more winners, who can redeem their tickets for $100 third prizes at any of the Lottery’s retailers.

This is the Oregon Lottery’s eleventh raffle game, and all 11 raffles have completely sold out ahead of the drawings.  While the Halloween Raffle is over, the Oregon Lottery still has some spooky fun for its players.
