The Oklahoma Lottery has discontinued the draw game Pick 4.
The last drawing for Pick 4 from the Oklahoma Lottery was held on Sept. 14. Pick 4 was a $1 draw game. Players were asked to pick numbers 0 through 9 and fill them in the four spaces provided. A play slip could be used for up to five plays.
The Oklahoma Lottery is no longer offering the draw game after a vote passed in June 2013. The game began in 2011 and has since then underperformed, leaving the Lottery liable for high payouts with low profits.
The Oklahoma Lottery believes that ending Pick 4 will make room for more new games. The Oklahoma Lottery Commission strives to provide Oklahomans with fun ways to win. The Oklahoma Lottery profits benefit education, and a new game can help raise revenue to provide funds for education needs.
In addition to ending Pick 4, Super Multi-Pick and Daily Multi-Pick purchase options will not longer be available through the Oklahoma Lottery.
