Tickets went on sale in Oklahoma yesterday for the first ever Multi-State Millionaire Raffle this Halloween.
The Oklahoma Lottery is one of seven states participating in the Multi-State Raffle, named the Halloween Millions Raffle by the Multi-State Lottery Association, MUSL. MUSL is proud to offer this $10 game, giving multiple states the chance to sell tickets for a $1 million raffle. Each state is beginning ticket sales on different dates with Michigan, Ohio and Oklahoma already selling tickets. Other states include Iowa, which will begin selling tickets on Sept 22. New York, New Jersey and Indiana have yet to set a start date for the raffle.
The Oklahoma Lottery is calling the raffle the National Millionaire Raffle. Tickets in Oklahoma went on sale yesterday, with people ready to try for their chance at $1 million. The Oklahoma Lottery is giving their players more reasons to trick or treat this season, adding a 2014 Chevy Cruze to the prize. If you purchase your $10 Multi-State Raffle ticket in Oklahoma you receive an entry to win a 2014 Chevy Cruze from the Oklahoma Lottery.
The National Millionaire Raffle offers more chances at $1 million, with $1 million winners in each participating state. If a state does not a have a $1 million winner, one lucky player will receive a $50,000 prize. Tickets cost $10, and each ticket is assigned a number based on the order in which it was purchased.
