New Mexico Man wins Third Roadrunner Cash Jackpot

May 9, 2013 – Tuesday’s Roadrunner Cash drawing won Albuquerque, N.M. resident Christopher Henderson an amazing third jackpot on the game.

The 52-year-old Henderson won the $255,000 prize with numbers he replayed from an older ticket, matching the five winning numbers 5, 15, 18, 30, and 33.

The odds of winning a Roadrunner Cash jackpot are about 1 in 435,000, but the lucky New Mexico man has collected almost half a million dollars from the game over the past 13 years.

He won his first jackpot, a $15,000 prize, in 1999.  It took 11 years before Henderson matched all five numbers again, claiming a more substantial $217,000 prize the second time.

He bought the ticket for Tuesday’s drawing at the same Albuquerque Corner Store that sold him the $217,000 jackpot winner in 2010.

The Corner Store can celebrate the big win with their lucky customer.  Not only are they eligible for a $1,000 bonus, Henderson’s jackpot marks the 26th time a big-winner lottery ticket has been purchased at that store.

For anyone who wants to try their luck at this jackpot-machine Corner Store, it is located at 7940 Ladera Drive NW, Albuquerque, N.M.
