Feb. 23, 2014 – Nobody was able to match all six numbers in Friday’s Mega Millions drawing, so the jackpot prize rolled over again, reaching an estimated $195 million for Tuesday night’s drawing.
The winning numbers were 23, 29. 32, 45, 46 and the Mega Ball was 15. The Megaplier drawn Friday was 5x, so winning tickets with the Megaplier option added are worth three times their normal prize value.
There were two tickets sold that matched all five of the white balls drawn Friday night. Those winners, from Pennsylvania and Virginia, will each receive Mega Millions’ $1 million second prize.
An impressive 62 players matched four of the white balls and the Mega Ball to win third prizes Friday night, and seven of those players won with Megaplier. Those seven players will receive $25,000 prizes while the other 55 third prize winners will receive the normal $5,000 prize.
Overall, more than 2.2 million Mega Millions players became winners Friday night, scoring more than $7.6 million in prize money.
Megaplier winners alone won about $2 million in total prize money; there were about 220,000 winners with Megaplier added to their tickets.
The next drawing will be held Tuesday night at 11 p.m., and the estimated $195 million annuity jackpot carries with it a $107 million cash value.
