Oct. 29, 2013 – The multi-state raffle being played in New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Oklahoma and Iowa is coming to its end, and just three days remain until sales close Halloween night.
Players have until 11:59 p.m. Thursday – Halloween – to grab one of the $10 raffle tickets for a chance to win one of two $1 million top prizes.
The drawing will be held Nov. 1 to decide the winners of at least two $1 million prizes. Depending on how many tickets are sold ahead of the drawing, there could be more $1 million prizes added.
Once the top prize winners are chosen, each state without a $1 million winner will hold an exclusive drawing – only for players within that state – to determine the winner of a $50,000 second-tier prize.
In Ohio and Oklahoma, tickets are being sold under the names Multi-State Millions Raffle and National Millionaire Raffle, respectively. The other five states have all dubbed it the Halloween raffle in one way or another. Visit your state lottery’s website or the multi-state raffle website for complete information.
