Go to the Tennessee State Fair with the Tennessee Lottery

Only three weeks until the Tennessee State Fair, and the Tennessee Lottery wants to celebrate with you.

Get ready for the the smell of corn-dogs, cotton candy, and funnel cakes at the 107th annual Tennessee State Fair. Started in 1906, the Tennessee State Fair shows off the best parts of Tennessee, and brings people together to enjoy the fun and festivities of the Volunteer State. This year’s fair is titled “Come Grow With Us” in an effort to showcase the culture and promise of the state of Tennessee. The fair will show off the agriculture and youth of the state, and the promise of the future. The state fair will be an educational and entertaining atmosphere for all ages to enjoy.

The 2013 Tennessee State Fair will feature live music, including Grace Adele and the Grand Band. Rides at the fair will be there for everyone taller than 36″ to get their thrills and fun. Food will include a Taste of Tennessee with Tennessee Barbecue, as well as fairground staples. Along with rides and foods, the Tennessee State Fair will have pageants, vendors, contests, and more to give everyone a chance to celebrate Tennessee.

The Tennessee Lottery sponsors events year-round throughout the state. These events help raise awareness for Tennessee Lottery games as well as add revenue for the Tennessee Lottery beneficiaires. The Tennessee Lottery benefits college scholarships for students who exhibit excellence in the classroom through the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation. So look out for the Tennessee Lottery at the 2013 Tennessee State Fair.
