Free Mega Millions Tickets from Hoosier Lottery
Dec. 3, 2013 – To celebrate the monster-sized $257 million Mega Millions jackpot up for grabs in tonight’s drawing, the Hoosier Lottery is giving away free Mega Millions tickets at select retailers this afternoon.
This morning, the Lottery stopped in at the Silver Express on W. 10th Street in Indianapolis from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. for the first round of ticket giveaways.
Players who missed that event still have a two-hour window to snag free Mega Millions tickets, though, and that window opens at noon.
In Indianapolis, the Hoosier Lottery will be giving away another 257 tickets at Marsh, located at 3633 Kentucky Ave.
There will also be Lottery representatives at the Thornton’s on 114 Rosenberger Ave. in Evansville, and at the Marathon on 3811 Grape Rd. in Mishawaka.
The Lottery will be handing out free tickets between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m at each location, but only to the first 257 players who walk through the door.
Players must be 18 or older to play the lottery, and once all 257 tickets have been handed out, the Lottery will be gone. Get there fast – you can’t win if you don’t play, so why not try to play for free?
