Dublin Dollars offers players odds better than 1 in 4.5 overall, and the game features 10 top prizes worth $10,000, 41 second prizes worth $1,000 each, and thousands more cash prizes from $2 up. The new $5 game, Leprechaun Loot, also has 10 top prizes, each worth $50,000.  The game’s second prize is also $1,000, but there are 158 of those prizes waiting to be won. Players can enter non-winning Leprechaun Loot or Dublin Dollars tickets into the Lottery’s new St. Patrick’s Day Payout second-chance promotion for another chance to win. In one drawing on St. Patrick’s Day, the lottery will choose ten winners; each will win a $17,000 prize on March 17. Players can only enter into the drawing online, through the Pennsylvania Lottery’s VIP Player’s Club. Registering for the Player’s Club is free and simple – the lottery needs some information to verify that you live in Pennsylvania and are of legal age to play, and then they’ll ask you how they can get in touch with you when you score a second-chance prize. Once signed into the Player’s Club, just head to the St. Patrick’s Day Payout page and enter the codes from non-winning tickets. A Dublin Dollars ticket is worth two entries into the drawing, and a Leprechaun Loot ticket is worth five entries.  The entry period closes just before midnight on St. Patrick’s Day.
